CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY 

REPRINT FEE: $40

If you require a reprint of your Blazed In Glory issued certificate of authenticity please read the following 

We first ask that you note that we have been operating for over 27 years and no longer have access to some of our early on certificates, for that reason we charge a flat fee of $40 for all customers which includes the reissue and return express postage of the COA. For products which have been sold out for a number of years, and those no longer available for sale a slight delay of 1-2 weeks may occur while we complete the reissue of the certificate. 

Upon payment of the reprint fee; please email a photo of your item with the limited edition number visible; a clear photo of the item from the front and when applicable photos of all names shown on your products surrounding mat board - that is, the name of those who have actually signed the product 

It is important we are able to clearly read the names of the players who have signed your jersey or bat, as we have had many different versions & editions of all of our memorabilia over the past three decades and we want to ensure we correctly match the reissued certificate to your item. This is especially important of the older jerseys and bats as we no longer have access to every single certificate and may need to manually edit or adjust the names to match your specific product.

Unfortunately; we are unable to provide a reprint COA without these photos, most specifically without one clearly showing the items limited edition number.

The COA will then be delivered back to you within the following weeks. If you require the COA as soon as possible, please let us know in the email and we will attempt to get it sent to you the quickest we can
